In a bid to show support, express gratitude, silent rumour mongers concerning the state of health of the National leader of All Progressives Congress, who is referred to as the champion of modern democracy in Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Lagos State House of Assembly, ably led by the Speaker, Rt Hon Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa in the company of Hon Adedeji Temitope Adewale, Hon Nurudeen Akinsanya, and Hon Sylvester Ogunkelu visited Asiwaju in his home in the United Kingdom (UK), where he is on medical vacation.
Asiwaju in his jovial manner welcomed the delegation and thanked them for their care and concern. He said, “As you can see, contrary to what political detractors are saying, I am hale and hearty, fit as a fiddle”.

The Speaker, Rt Hon Obasa extended the greetings of the Honourable Members of the Lagos State Assembly, and issues of national importance were discussed.
The speaker expressed the importance of their visit to Asiwaju as a leader, father, mentor, and a nationalist.
The visit has further negate the death rumour being spread about Asiwaju.
Chairman House Committee on Transportation, Hon Temitope Adewale told the national leader that he has been missed by everyone, especially for his fatherly advice, mentoring, and political strategies. “We cannot wait for you to be back home sir”, he noted.
