Okada riders in Lagos protest hike in ticket price
More than a hundred Okada riders on Monday protested over the hike in price of daily tickets by Union officials in Ketu, Lagos state.
The Okada riders said they pay 250 naira daily, but this amount was increased to 350 naira on Monday morning without notification.
They said the accumulated amount the union members take from individual rider is a thousand naira daily.

They have threatened to go on strike in Ketu from Tuesday if the union fails to negotiate with them.
