A High Court, sitting in Kano State, on Thursday, nullified the four newly created Emirate Council, created by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje.
In his judgment, Justice Usman Na’abba, said the creation of the Emirates and appointment of four Emirs, is illegal.

However, sources close to the State Government circles revealed, moments after the ruling that the State Government will appeal the ruling.
